Marcos Marz
When asked about his greatest influences, Marcos is quick to cite Mike Mignola, and this influence is readily apparent in his art. Marcos incorporates a lot of grayscale in his work, which only serves to enhance the dark and gritty pulp feel of his often nostalgic turn-of-the-century aesthetic.
Marcos is perhaps best known for his stints on Batman Confidential and Blackest Night for DC Comics, and his most recent work includes Pacific Rim: Tales from the Drift from Legendary.
